Nirelli Cancer Care Endowment

In 2007, we partnered with Upstate University Hospital and established the Nirelli Cancer Care Endowment. The endowment supports and provides assistance to cancer patients who do not have medical insurance or patients who have insurance but are burdened with out of pocket expenses related to their treatment. We also support pediatric hematology oncology to help the youngest of patients and their families with similar issues. We have been able to raise over $100,000 to support this important cause. Our goal is to help patients of all ages with their fight against cancer and to make sure they receive the care they need in Madison, Oneida, Oswego and Onondaga Counties.

Canastota High School Senior of the Year

Every year we proudly recognize a Canastota High School Senior with a $500 award. The student is hand picked by his or her Teachers and faculty members. To be selected, the student must:

• Demonstrate good citizenship
• Work to his/her individual potential and strive for excellence academically
• Participate as a member of a group, club or organization both inside and outside of school
• Demonstrate concern for their community by helping others
